- Medical practice during COVID -19 pandemic faced many challenges one of the major challenges is adaptation of treatment protocols for achieving following objectives.

* Treatment protocol.

* Technology assessment for that treatments
* Funding and financing for reimbursement strategies.
- The objectives of the research are to analyze and defines factors affecting accessibility for rare and ultra-rare diseases at MENA region.
